ABS

15 minutes group class with high intensity and music rithm, that fully targets the abdominal muscle.
During the class, specific exercises are performed to target different parts of the abdominal area, such as the rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse muscles.

The goal is to improve posture, increase core stability, and assist in muscle definition. 

The class can be adapted to different fitness levels.
It is an excellent complement to strength training or cardiovascular workouts.
